Philip H. Jos
Professor of Political Science
College of Charleston

Dr. Jos received his B.A. and M.A. from Western Kentucky University and his Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina. Dr. Jos has been a member of College of Charleston Political Science Department since 1986 and served as Director of the Master of Public Administration program from 1999 until 2002. His research interests include Administrative Ethics, Accountability, and Public Policy. Dr. Jos is married to Lisanne Carr and has two children Ellie and Claudia.
